DSTV(Multichoice SA) is a terrible ****...Be extremely carefull!!!

Can somebody assist me with this Dstv ****...I have been paying my account without fail since June 2021 on the 24/25 each month. In May 2023 my services were cut and I was told that I'm behind with my payment and should pay R700 since my payment date is set to the 3rd of every month, which was supposed to have been changed a long time ago. I have used my airtime including their Whatsapp service to understand how and why do I now owe such an amount. They told me to check my statements...They even cut calls on you without fail...My catch up is now all of a sudden not working, I called in several times to get assisted...I don't have time to keep going back and forth to the Multichoice building only to come back without a resolution...They themselves do not know what the problem is and they dare also tell you that you reversed a payment when you make EFT payments...Today I spoke to 2 AGENTS and asked to go back to June 2021 so that they can tell me where my shortfall for me to suddenly owe a R700 came from. Guess what!!! As soon as they both went back there calls Were DROPPED (Wasting airtime to get calls DROPPED)...Before I continued with Yolanda, the 2nd agent, I warned her to never cut my call and that if she for some reason does, she should call me back...Did I receive the call..NO! Using DSTV services shouldn't be so much of an inconvenience to me....I am tired...Call somebody call me and resolve all my issues...Geez!!!
