DSTV/MULTICHOICE **** TO ME

DSTV had a promotion last year, in January 2019 they sent me an e-mail that if I pay for February, March and April 2019 the fourth month which is May 2019 is on them for my Premium subscription. I queried with them during the course of April 2019 and they did not tell me if I must pay my subscription or not instead they just brushed me off until today whenever I query I am told someone will contact me and they are quiet. If I don't follow up no one say anything.

They **** to me and gave me the impression for something they know was bogus and they had no intention of giving me free subscription as advertised, I am sick of this sort of treatment from Multichoice and lies.
