Dstv(Multichoice) giving us a run around about a refund

I am so angry with multichoice, they are giving my husband the run around about a refund. He overpaid our account on the 25th of January and he was told the money would be in his bank within 7 days. 7 days has passed when he called them again, they said in 72 hours he will receive the money, when 72 hours passed they said it will be in his bank account last night,. Still nothing. What do we have to do to get our money back from you multichoice or you do not give back refunds.My husband does not owe you anything, pay back the money and stop with the lies and empty promises
