(DSTV)Multichoice Competition Deception and lies

Having been a client of DSTV Multichoice for several years. I have never been so embarrassed by anyone. I entered a competition to win four tickets for the color purple. They called me to advise me that I have one the tickets On and should collect it on the day at the venue with Guest. On arrival no one knew of me and I was hugely embarrassed as I Took 3 people with me. I have two kids I had to get a baby sitter for the day was a nightmare So I to pay for one, only to find out that DSTV Multichoice had no commitments in honoring their competition. I had sent several email to their team and called the responsible parties. To date I have had no responds.
