DSTV/MULTICHOICE ****

Facebook and Instagram are both running ads for free viewing/upgraded Exploras. I tried engaging with the Facebook ad and almost spent as hour online with these people. I was toldI had to download a DSTV app, and provide proof of my DSTV account. I was told that an sms would be sent to me regarding my choice.

Nothing came and the following day I went into Multichoice and was told that THIS IS A ****. If it is a **** in their name, my havent they informed their customers, and had it removed? DSTV are far too remote from their customer base and do nothing to assist in these kind of instances.

Very poor show indeed!
