DSTV/MULTI-CHOICE FINANCIAL EXPLOITATION-BAD SERVICE

I've called to cancel an etra-view last month or early this month and the agent assured me it was cancelled. It has not been cancelled even now. I called again on Friday and Saturday to resolve this since I cannot use the decorder anymore. I was on the phone for over 30 minutes with the agent who could ot help me. I am stranded since the decorder is showing waiting extra view communication. Ultimately they told me that I must call an installer to come and install my service afresh and i must pay them. This is exploitation because I have lost over 100 minutes to resolve their incompetency. Becareful of this finacial **** by DSTV/MULTI-CHOICE
