Dstv...Inconsiderate and disgusting service

I'm beyond disgusted by DSTV Multichoice the only thing they know is money i made arrangements to pay my account on the last day of the month and the call center lady assured me that all was well...now my dstv is disconnected the only thing the call center lady is theres nothing she can do I must pay and also pay the disconnection fee this is not fair. You are so inconsiderate of your clients and on top of that your services are poor. Sis!!!!!!
