DSTVHELP SERVICE IS THE WORST

Good Day,

I am very unhappy with the service i received from multi-choice.

I completed forms to transfer of ownership and to activate extra view on my account.

My request was not attended accordingly, i didnt even get a call from the consultent .

I called back for an hour without getting any help, i requested to speak to the lady who received my query and i was told that she cannot receive calls.

Did multicolored hire robot that cannot bother to call client back.

service that i received is pathetic , they only care about my money but fail to make a simple call to a valuable client.
