One star is generous, I have been dealing with *********** agent after agent regarding my bill, Instead of agents finding solutions, or escalating matters, they just call to advise that they have no clue of what they are doing. Two logged references and no assistance or whatsoever, Now whenever I send follow up requests to DstvHelp, they only read and never reply and I am still billed incorrectly.
