DSTV - Your Service is Shocking!!
My account is paid up in advance and you have the audacity to switch off my connection. Karabelo apologizes for the 'systems'. Noluthando was sarcastic - saying that she didn't put it off?? My questions are directed to DSTV, not to you!!! Can someone call me and explained what happened?????

You just proved that robots can never replace empathy or detect our feelings and respond appropriately. You Darren, deserve 5 stars!!!! Cant remember the lady that called me from Hello Peter, Ms Chauke? I thank You!!

23 Sept 2020, 16:50My Showmax has been disconnected - Says Payment Required 402- Please retrieve the call I had with Abongile!!! Totally Shocking!!!! Says that I must send an email to Showmax -asked her why she says the DSTV has no dealings with Showmax!!!!! Her Team Leader Lucrecia went into hiding - she was in a meeting?? Very Questionable !!! Abongile does not know who the Senior Manager is? Who the CEO is? Your Service Sucks!!!! Totally Disappointed after the awesome Service received from DARREN. IF MY ACCOUNT IS NOT RECTIFIED - I WILL REPORT YOU TO THE OMBUDSMAN!!!!
