DSTV: you need to get your act together

I have tried signing up for DSTV Premium Streaming service yesterday and I am still not online. Firstly, the website has the option to sign up for this package, but it does not work. The full premium package (including an extra view option) was added to my account, as well as the DSTV Compact Streaming option. I had to sign up for the Compact option, pay the bill and them upgrade to the Premium Stream option. What a convoluted way to get a simple stream service active. Then, after an hour with DSTV agents, the service is still not active and DSTV do not want to credit me for a service I have paid for butt not received. Really poor form DSTV....

You need to make your solution easier to use, and train your staff to be more customer focussed. They just drop off the call if you do not persistently chase them. I would not recommend this service to anyone, and aim to cancel my subscription at the earliest option. There are just so many other online services these days, which are much easier to use and whose staff are a lot more helpful. DSTV, you need to get your act together.
