DSTV YOU DISGUST ME!!

DSTV / Multichoice, you DISGUST ME!!! 3 years after cancelling my subscription you hand me over to Blake & Associates for R209. When I asked what this was for, they told me if was the pro rata amount charged AFTER cancelling, when you so kindly let me continue watching DSTV for a few more days. I ask you with tears in my eyes, why would I ask to CANCEL only to be charged a pro rata. At the time i couldn't afford DSTV anymore, hence cancelling. Surely when you cancel this is something you tell people?? Blake and Associates then very kindly told me that its not your fault if I don't bother to read terms and conditions. So you HONESTLY expect me to read terms and conditions from a DSTV BOX that I purchased 5 years to cancelling DSTV. Are you actually kidding?? Who do you sharks really think you are bullying people for money 3 YEARS LATER!!!! Use my R209 to pay Blake & Associates and start treating customers better. Where is your TCF DSTV??? I was threatened with more calls and correspondence if I don't pay. Luckily for me with the new technology of today, I can ignore a call. I expect this outstanding amount to be removed from my name out of principal. If not, I will take this further. You cannot get away with treating people this way.
