Dstv - you can never leave?!

The DSTV SelfService provides a page for you to “disconnect” your current packages, however, when I try and disconnect the error “Unfortunately we can’t disconnect your package.”. No additional information or alternative is provided. I find this to be poor service, it’s simple to sign up but apparently you can never leave... I feel like they’ve taken a page out of The Eagles songbook for “Hotel California”.
