DSTV YOU ARE PATHECTIC AN ACCOUNT OF R3701 that is R649!!!!!!!

I DONT HAVE ANY WORDS!! AN ACCOUNT OF R3701 THAT IS R649!!!

About 3weeks ago I phoned dstv to ask them to upload data to my router without hesitating they did. But, never waited for the system to upload / to inform it was successfully uploaded. I phoned 3 times and asked them about the data cause no notification or data has been received. After the 3rd call they only informed me that the 1 &2 person I spoke to never waited for the system to inform it was successful so woth other words that 50G they loaded was loaded like 4times which they are billing me for. I was prepaired to pay R350 for 400GB well let say , R75 cause IAM STILL WAITING ON A REFUND FROM DSTV THAT I OVER PAID IN SEPT OF R275 THAT I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED.

YESTERDAY I PHONED AGAIN , TO CONFIRM WHAT IS HAPPENING WOTH MY ACCOUNT. THE REPONSE THAT I GOT WAS SHOCKING!!!! NOW DSTV IS INFORMING THAT SINCE JULY I HAVENT PAID THEM OR I HAVE AND I HAVE BEEN REVERSING THE PAYMENT!!!!! WHICH IS UN TRUE AFTER I PHONED MY BANK AND THEY TOLD OTHERWISE.

After all this now I need to send POP and bank statements to proof that I have paid them. Another year to wait and this is with an account of R3701 that going to be cut off after I have made my monthly installment.
