DSTV - YOU ARE NOT FAIR

I am tired of having to call the Customer Service almost every week over billing issue and the sad thing is that i dont owe anything, actually what happened was that i was billed twice for the month of January 2019. I dont owe anything and i almost used R200 to call you and everytime i call, you reconnect and switch off again. Just tell me how are my kids are supposed to enjoy television during this holidays? You are not fair for real.
