Dstv you are going down because of your employees

I'm very disappointed with DStv. I haven't had an active subscription for the past 3 months, but I was told I had to pay R970 as a reconnection fee. I paid the amount, but my service was never reconnected. When I asked why, I was told the payment was made to another decoder. But I only have one decoder — the one I've been paying for all these years. They said the payment went to my old decoder because I never cancelled it when I upgraded. But I've been paying for the current decoder for years, so why was the old one still active? Why didn’t DStv ever mention the old decoder all these years? Why was I allowed to keep paying for the current decoder without any issues? And why is the old decoder still active even though I haven’t used it in years? I’m done with DStv. I just want my money back, I’m no longer interested in their services.
