Dstv X tra view not working and no one try to help me

On Saturday I bought a new 3 decoder as my primary decoder and my no 1 as my xtra view. When installed nothing works. I phoned DSTV and they told me the 2 does not communicate with one snother - I must bought another thing. On Sunday Lucky from DSTV phoned me an say it absolute *******. He then help me to get it up and running. What a relieve - I could watch both TV’s. This morning a error pop up saying my account is for an pvr not explora. I did sent a mail reporting it. This afternoon an Alicia phoned me saying she wants to clear the message. Please note I was still be able to watch TV. First I ask can’t she sent Lucky an mail so he can fix it - no she ensure me she knows exactly what to do. I did explain to her what happens yesterday but she still insist doing it herself. After the first link break as she called it - I am back to square one before Lucky fixed it. I told her I am have a E143 error just like yesterday and then she put the phone down in my ears. I was sending more than 50 mails crying out for help without any success. DSTV made these decoders - but according to other in call centre they not compatible. But Lucky said it is and he proof it to me. What bad service. I am up in arms and do not know what to do to get Lucky to fix my xtra view again. There call centre people is realy not trained. Please help me.
