DSTV worth it????

DSTV accredited installer came to do a dish and decoder installation at my house three years ago, and damaged my roof. Removed one of the tiles to slide the dish cable under the tile. Have had endless roof leak issues since then at that place where the cable is installed. I have brought this to the attention of DSTV, and asked that they ask their installer to resolve this. I have not had anything positive from MultiChoice. I actually wonder if the trouble is worth it for DSTV, given the competition. I am considering unsubscribing altogether. Not worth it!!
