Dstv-Worst service received

Dstv, your customer service department has to be by far the worst in south africa.Do your'l employ people with no work ethic. I recently downgraded my package and u guys always say make use of the app,which I did.The debit order went off as usual for the new package.Then for some reason u guys just disconnect me.When I call in,ur pathetic excuse for customer service department cannot assist me.they put me on hold for 30 minutes until I cut the call.This happened 3 time's in the past 2 days and I wish you could listen the way your employees speak.. For such a big company this is not on.This looks like the only way to get some answers.
