DsTV WORST SERVICE PROVIDER

I have been struggling to get a refund from Dstv. They do not have any number one can contact to speak to someone. I made contact with them via Facebook. The agents are clueless and requested me to send the following documents: pop, copy of my id and proof my banking details. All these were sent and they still giving me a run around.

I do not understand why I must prove the payment made when the refund clearly shows on my account and they also confirmed it. I feel so helpless as there is no one I can speak with.

The arrogance of Multichoice will lead to its demise.
