DSTV WORST SERVICE EVER... talking to each consultants is like talking to people trained on different systems in foreign languages and yet expected to reach the same conclusion (no 2 say the same things, ever. Including their supervisors)

DSTV... what's happening? Talking to each consultants is like talking to people trained on different systems in foreign languages and yet expected to reach the same conclusion (no 2 say the same things, ever. Including their supervisors) and they never record or note what they said to you... so you can pick up where you left off from the last chat with a consultant. I BELIEVE It's deliberate and it's a ****** waste of time AND I HATE DSTV FOR IT...

Apparently, as of yesterday 24/8/2022, I owed R271 and of now as of 25/8/2022 at 00:09, I owe R254.24

Still disconnected... and yet I paid R459 and my request for it to be refunded still not being processed and my account is also not being closed.
