DSTV worst service ever

I recently downgraded from Premium to Compact Plus and then to Compact package due financial constraints I am facing.

The WORST, MOST HORRIC experience ever...

My request is simple: Because they me on a 14th to 14th PAY PER VIEW payment cycle... I requested that if on the 15th, I do not pay... they must simply disconnect my account and I will pay when I can (on a pro-rata system) & of course pay the R50 reconnection fee.

But instead they don't disconnect and want to bill me for those day, separately and then add it to my "suppose" existing R539 bill (I say suppose because every single consultant you speak to gives a different amount).

So, instead of R539 or less depending on when I reconnect... I am expected to R750 or more.

In July: I paid R554.20, but was billed R720... I had to do a virtual chat with their consultants and this young lady was able to review the bill and corrected the matter. Now in August: I paid R459 on the 17th... remember the pro-rata system... and when I checked the bill it was R750. So yesterday according to them I was R291 in arrears and when I called... the consultant told me that I am being overbilled and reconnected... not too thereafter I was disconnected.

This morning, I wake up and checked the bill & changed from R291 to R341.18... how, I ask. they tell me that I was owing R160 from previous month and because the difference from this month.

I am sick of this, so I ask for a refund and request the money to refunded... they refuse.

I HAVE HAD IT WITH DSTV... refund my money and close this account
