Dstv worst service ever

After years of service and the cancelation of the service multichoice keeps contacting me saying I owe them money and my account is in arrears. When I ask for my confirmation of cancelation the consultant cannot answer and gets rude. I have told all my friends and family to cancel their dstv subscription and will continue to spread the word that multichoice provides poor and unprofessional services. Ovhd is much better and I have convinced many people to use their services.
