Dstv worst service ever

I am disgusted with the customer service,I paid my dstv like always and now my payment have been allocated to the wrong account yet am telling them and then they tell they can't allocate it been calling sms been over 48hrs been 5 days no one has called yet I request a call when I ask for refund they ignore me I am done with dstv after sending my proof of payment how many times too but have 10 different people telling me different things
