Dstv worst service ever

I’m so upset with DSTV you guys have deactivated my account and you haven’t even debit my account as you supposed to debit me on the 28th R655 which includes R36 I don’t understand why must I pay reactivating fee when you haven’t debit

I have been calling you since 8:30am I spoke to Rianna Hendricks and she told me manager will call me back it’s 11:46am and spoke to 2 other ladies and no manger call as yet I’m so angry 😡 and disappointed in your service I Dm them on Twitter still they escalating
