DSTV worst service ever

Dstv is really not doing it for us customers, they charge you for every single thing you change and worse there agents does not even inform you that you get charged for these things. This month we have to pay a bill for R1075 just because we created an seperate package for my mom for family package and than upgraded it to compact. The agents cant even explain to you how it gets to that amount. Go online the latest statements are not even available that you have to pay not that that there statements are user friendly to understand. Its really just best to cancel everything with them. because u pay what u told afterwards you are told you in arrears. The agents just do things and dont explain to us about the fees we will be charged.
