DStv worst service.

These people have been deducting more than we agreed on for the past 2 month. I am on price lock and should pay R499 plus insurance (R35) and Showmax (R49), to my surprise they keep deducting R700 which is R117 extra and when I call nothing is done about it. All they say is it’ll be escalated to the team leaders and money will be reversed but nothing happens. Bad service.
