DSTV Worst Service

If I could give Zero I would.. we just installed a dstv.. apon trying to make payment we noticed they gave us the wrong package and asked they downgrade us... no problem downgrade was done and we were asked to make a R306 payment. Payment was done immediately and proof of payment was sent to *** as requested so we can be activated. We called and the agent was so clueless, told us to upgrade again and didn't assist us. Told us he can't reactivate us unless we upgrade back to the other more expensive package. Honestly Nkululeko was a nightmare and not clued up on half of what he was saying. Then after holding for 30 min he hung up on us.
