DSTV - WORST SERVICE

Terrible service!!!!! I received an email from Dstv to inform me that I will receive 1 free month of Dstv if I pay my premium on time for the next 3 months, which I did. Dstv continues to disconnect my subscription during my free month!!!!!!! I have spent more money on my calls to the call centre than what it would've cost me to actually just pay my premium. Each time I call in, they just apologize and reconnect my services, but 2 days later I need to call in again, because I get disconnected.

My calls have been escalated to a "manager" who never calls me back as promised.

Worst service ever!!!!! It would be best to rather subscribe to Netflix or some else that would provide better service.
