Dstv worst service
After 3 months of registering my walka mobile TV, l didn't manage to watch it, displaying e16-4, non of their consultants seems to fix.
Then last weekend i fixed error via whatsapp, but only to be sent another e19-4, On Monday 3 September, called customer care and told tht, seems there is a problem with walka registration,
Since then the account is suspended. I contacted dstv via Facebook, email, and call stll no progress.
Guys is this how you deal with customers, why is it easy for you, to Do Debit and but u fail to assist customers when it's needed most.
