Dstv worst customer service

Got a call from a dstv agent who was selling a dstv explore as a contract but they were not clear with everything they said i must pay 149 but never said anything about the extra payment. Okay told them that since there are extra fees i wont afford too pay can they take their decorder..tried calling them 3 or 4 times but still no response regarding coming too collect the decorder.but come the end off month they want too take payment for services that were not even used
