DSTV - worst

As previously written, DSTV has to be hands down the worst service provider in this country. Despite all the "avenues" they claim to offer their suckers in trying to solve their constant inefficiencies, all these "avenues" cannot solve the issue. I have been into the Randburg office, was moved from pillar to post there and some hapless agent tried to solve the matter. However, like a fool, I decided to stick with DSTV, moved my subscription to a streaming package, paid, and woosh like ether that payment is not allocated. I was on the phone with an agent yesterday, who has to rely on the data that DSTV has chosen to capture and couldn't assist. I requested a callback, surprise surprise no one bothered. All I get is to be directed to the various sites, which don't resolve anything. Trying to sign into the MY DSTV app is a joke
