DSTV, worse than loadshedding

I have requested the price lock dstv plan. The decoders have been delivered and the installers came to install, unfortunately Multichoice is delaying since weekend to connect me to the price lock. Unbelievable, they said they cannot assist, and here I am stuck with no channels!! I am very disappointed and till today no- one called back as they have promised. I tried to call the call center, they say they are offline, so I guess DSTV HAS LOAD SHEDDING TOO!
