DStv worse service

We are having to paying for netflix on her DStv account wich is debited by multi choice, we we call overtime to cancel this, no one seems to knkw how to cancel, they all directing us to netflix, but when we call netflix, they directing us to DStv, thr worse this is that we are paying for netflix and we are not even using it, this apears on DStv invoice and yet they cannot do a thing to cancel this.

This is frustrating cause we are having to pay an extra R200 pm for nothing
