DSTV wont pay for there mistakes
Phoned Multichoice when I had no signal. They went through a process to get back the signal. The consultant did the wrong thing and used the Instalation wizard. I have no signal and the Intalation Wizard is now Frozen on my screen. I am now told I must cotact an installer to come out at my expense to fix DSTV mistakes. Still waiting for a manager to contact me. Pathetic.

19 Feb 2021, 16:46Afternoon. The phone call I was supposed to get from technical never happened. Called the call centre and tried to get to talk to technical. Was put on hold and then disconected. DSTV INCOPETANCE IS UNRIVALED. WHY DONT YOU PHONE ME BACK WHEN YOU MESS UP. I PAY IN ADVANCE FOR MY NO SERVICE. WHERE I COME FROM. WHEN ONE PAYS FOR SOMETHING AND DOESNT GET THE PRODUCT. ITS CALLED THEFT.
