DSTV WON'T DELETE MY DSTV ACCOUNT AND ACCOUNT DETAILS

I asked Dstv to delete my account and they said they cannot completely delete my DStv account from their system and that the account with my details will remain existing on their database unused.I'm not happy that DSTV is retaining the DStv account in your system along with my details whilst I'm no longer a client of Dstv back nor will I be coming back for services offered by the company
