Dstv woes
Im very disappointed with dstv. 4 weeks ago, ive been disconnected, due to the fact that on the 2nd of March 2023, ive reversed several debit orders from dates ranging from July, August, September 2022. Ive sent numerous statements and proof that it never happened, but to no avail. On friday someone actually apologized and and stated that it was dstv's fault and they will escalate it to the finance department and she also reconnected me, this morning (sunday, 19 March 2023) ive been disconnected again, ive been calling and texting different people from dstv and no one seems to be able to help me i have to send through the same proof i sent for 4 weeks but im still disconnected and still without help.

22 Mar 2023, 15:22I did sent it through to you, but because there is no date on top, you are not willing to accept it but there are dates next to each and every transaction taken place on my account.
id also like to ask if its possible to reverse last year September and August's Debit orders, 5 months after the debit went of? cause according to dstv, the debit orders for the months of July, August and September of 2022, I reversed on the 2nd of March 2023. I sent them the statement, showing them that there was no activities on the 2nd of March 2023. So now, I'm disconnected and NO ONE is helping me
