DSTV will try to stall you when they have website problems

DSTV will never tell you the truth when their website is not operating properly or at all for payment. They always say that they are not aware of the problem and will not pass you on to a manager (escalate it) to sort out the truth or problem. Why? They are quite happy to cut you off if you cannot pay though. Seems they want to stop people paying with credit cards?! Come DSTV be honest for once - this is not the first time it has happened. When you raise your prices without telling us and change your website at the same time do your homework so that it works when you need it.
