Dstv will **** you

It's really sad that every month I must experience problems with dstv which required me to spend so much money calling your call center only for your *********** agents to tell me they also have no idea what is going on. My payment date is the first of every month but to my surprise I got disconnected this morning. When I try to check what is happening on whatsapp I got the shock of my life to see that I've also been upgraded to dstv premium without my knowledge and nobody knows what is happening. Dstv is really giving me unnecessary stress monthly there is always different problems am tired at this point am thinking of canceling my subscription.
