DSTV WILL DRIVE YOU INSANE

I find it impossible to get anything done with this business. I am trying to change my package. If you phone them you end up in a circular menu that keeps you going round in circles.

If you try to do it via the WhatsApp function it doesn't work either.

If you try to do it via the 'self-service' function you are told you are not logged-in. But there is no place to log in. Worst experience ever.
