Dstv wifi sucks!

If l could l would rate Dstv 0,l wrote here complaining about the wifi router that keeps locking the sim and disconeecting turning the blue lights to green.lndeed a consultant from dstv called and we gave him the address and he assured us that everything will be allright but now its worse cause it can disconnect 4/5 times a day.What can we do so that we can enjoy the dstv wifi cause at the end of the day we pay for it but we dont use it.lts really frustrating because it still happenes even after the consultants called us.
