Dstv wifi router showing us flames

We got a dstv wifi router about 2 months ago,the 1st month the router was working fine but after that the sim locks...so we have to call dstv for them to unlock,unfortunately the sim locks everyday sometimes twice or 3 timesa day then we have to use our airtime to call dstv for them to unlock it.everytime we talk to the consultants we ask them to escalate the matter and they assure us they did.this whole process is frustrating because the wifi cuts off anytime and takes time to be on again PS:we did not move to a diferent location
