DSTV WIFI IS NONSENSCE

I got the router package from DSTV and ever since I got it, it's been a month now, it has been nothing but a head ache. Ever since it was delivered to me it hasn't been working. I just don't get network. I have called in numerous times, logged so may call but i just don't get any assistance. This router package is just totally not worth it and useless. For the fact that I don't get called back or any representative just logging calls with no assistance. Some times when I call they will put me on hold for almost an hour until I end up dropping the calls. They deduct my money, its been twice now but I cant use the wifi.
