Dstv WIFI( Internet)

Ive been paying for the dstv router and wifi for six months but ive never used any of their data services and despite several attempts to communicate with them they've telling me they are escalating the issue for the whole six months without any changes whereas ive been paying ive ran ouy of options and patience how can one get help because they refuse to refund me or cancel the internet subscription saying they can only reload the data for the whole six months even after ive told them i m no longer interested all i want is a refund for the money the data i m not using all they gave me was a referrence number ***...
