DSTV WIFI CONNECTION CLAP ONCE # SLOW NOT HAPPY AT ALL

I've app**** for DVST WIFI last week and its was delivered by the driver who was in the hurry who didn't have time to Rica the sim card for me and i had to run around locking for the place to Rica the sim finally the sim was ricad since from that last week i cant enjoy the so call "WIFI" e-mail DSTV ,CALL THEM DOLOLO HELP
Was told that wifi is working on another address as they cant seem to connect on my address but i was using Rain and its connect perfectly but now DSTV WIFI cant seem for find my address how i don't know
