DSTV WIFI

I am very disappointed to say the least, i signed up for the Wi-Fi services strictly for work purposes. Today i got disconnected, thought maybe my data was depleted onlyto find out that my contract had been canceled. Been using the service for 2months now and i dont understand how the service would have been canceled when it's a 2months contract. I was then told by one of the agents that the contract had been accidentally canceled by the system. This is completely unacceptable as i need the service for work purposes. Was told the escalation takes 24 to 72hours.

The worst internet service providers i have ever come across and sincerely regret signing up with DSTV for Wi-Fi services.
