Dstv wheel of happiness ****(upgrade win)

Dstv is ******** people with their so called wheel of happiness package upgrades. Last year i played the dstv wheel of happiness on their app and i won an upgrade of a package higher than mine. The second winnings was an upgrade to premium package. The terms and conditions are clearly stated as follows "" Do not upgrade urself, an automatic upgrade would be done for u and after 30 days u will be downgraded back to ur old package and all this is at no extra charge to u. No additional charges. "" okay I won these 2 packages upgrades in November December respectively. On January i see that almost all channels are playing and mind u my package is Access package. Ok so when i see this, im happy obviously my winnings have kicked in. Little did i know i would be paying for this. Come end of January i pay my normal R115 subscription bill, then boom i receive a message that says a balance of R588 is outstanding. I immediately phone them, the lady i spoke to tells me i upgraded to Compact package therefore i am now paying for compact. I explain to her what o think happened since i did not do any upgrade. To cut the long story short this was on the 1st of this month i started phoning them and messaging on messenger till today my balance keeps moving up and down and now my channels are being deactivated one by one and on the app it says i have been suspended yet i have paid in full for what i subscribe to. I am sick and tired of them giving me the run around on their so calles winnings that are not true. Clearly its their way of getting people to pay more
