DSTV Whattsapp ****

I am totally disgusted and infuriated with DSTV Multichoice!!!...I was wanting to give DSTV Compact channels a go as I am on DSTV Access right?..so on their WhatsApp platform I did the upgrade to DSTV Compact which obviously cost a little bit more that's a fact and I would gladly pay that subscription fees per month right,DStV Whatsapp first said upgrade complete and I must pay the new sub fees 1st April 2023 that was cool ..then as I always check my balances I did it say an hour later and the DStv Whatsapp idiot NOW read please by R309 rand the 9th March 2023 and immediately I downgraded because I mean I didn't expect to pay or well their system didn't say I need to pay a few days later to enjoy Compact and now they gonna disconnect my viewing because of their fault NO WAYS man I cannot accept this!!..then a day later I did another balance check and the bill now reads I must pay R966 on the 9th March 2023 to "enjoy" further viewing that's just NUTS DSTV!!...low behold me having R309 on the 9th March I expected to pay this 1 April!!!...I has preciously did up and downgrades via their WhatsApp platforms and even their DSTV agents warned me NOT to use their OWN Whatsapp "tool" but I did it anyways as it's "convenient"?!!...what a farce man!..then some 2 days after sending DS an email some lady agent called to "explain" but she herself couldn't resolve my COMPLAINTS she just kept on irritating me and said it's the system?!..when over and over I said the "system" didn't forewarn me about the almost immediate payment if it did I would NOT upgraded!..DS come on man give us a break here please fix this mess for me the kids gonna drive me nuts if they can't view their cartoons?.. delete my upgrade..keep me on DSTV Access and let me pay as per usual 1 April 2023!!!!...ID number ***
