DSTV whattsapp feature is utter *******
I actually gave you 1 star because the sight forces me to choose.
I just spoke to Natasha who was kind enough to furnish me with an e-mail address for Abdul Ismael, I emailed him and have since not heard anything. I inquired on the 05.09.2019 how much to pay for the month via the whattsapp and I short paid by R47.00 now I have no picture and I must now pay R165.00.
I have sent an email to Abdul not even an acknowledgement.

13 Sept 2019, 16:12I called again and spoke to Tracey from PE. Who hung up while I tried asking to a TM. I called back and spoke to Thobekani who doesn't even know what TCF is and made me feel that she doesn't care about me as a client
