DSTV WHATSAPP

I am very disappointed with the whatsapp of dstv. The robot keeps on asking an ID number as if all the dstv clients should have SA IDs only. Surely this is unjust since there are millions subcribers who are passport holders who needs to use the dstv whatsapp. Is it ignorance of the robot developers or its segregation outright. I have to call to get help simply I can't get help through the whatsapp they provided. Please I am a subscriber just as the other. Bieng a foreign er is not a crime
